Extract pages from a PDF
Take the pages you need out of a PDF and save them as a new document. Pick pages by tapping them or typing ranges such as 1-3, 7, 9-12, put them in the order you want, and choose one PDF, a PDF for each page, or several PDFs from page groups. The pages are copied, not re-rendered, so they look exactly like the original.

How to use Extract pages
- Select a PDF file or drag it into the box. Enter the password if it is protected.
- Choose what to create: one PDF, a PDF for each page, or several PDFs from page groups.
- Tap the pages you want or type them (for example 1-3, 7, 9-12), and change their order if needed. For groups, type the pages of each file or create groups of a fixed size.
- Check the file names shown, then select "Extract pages". Several files are downloaded together as a ZIP; your original file is not changed.
Good to know: limitations
- Bookmarks (the outline) are not copied into the new files.
- Form fields keep their look, but may not stay editable in the new file.
- Links to pages that were not extracted no longer lead anywhere.
- Password-protected PDFs are saved without the password.
- Very large PDFs may exceed the memory available on phones.
Frequently asked questions
Do the extracted pages lose quality?
No. The original pages are copied into the new file, including their text, images, vector graphics, links and comments. Each page keeps its size and rotation; nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed.
Can I change the order of the pages?
Yes. Pages are extracted in the order you select them, and you can move pages earlier or later, sort them by page number or reverse the order before extracting.
How do I get several PDFs at once?
Choose "A separate PDF for each selected page" or "Several PDFs from page groups". All files are downloaded together as one ZIP, and you can also open or download each file on its own.
What is the difference to Split PDF?
Split PDF divides a whole document by ranges or a fixed number of pages. Extract pages is for picking particular pages, in the order you choose.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The file is opened and saved by your browser on your device.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit. The site is financed by advertising.
